Warranty
We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens which means you can make a claim under the warranty.
Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.
What is excluded from the warranty?
- Tires for taxis and heavy vehicles;
- Theft;
- Normal tire wear;
- Damage resulting from incorrect use or handling, for example, but not limited to: incorrect tirepressure, incorrect dimensions, incorrect balancing, incorrect mounting, incorrect storage;
- Towing or installation costs;
- Vandalism;
- Damage resulting from intentional or malicious misconduct and negligence of the customer;
Please note that tires which are especially designed and compounded for competition use, and have been used accordingly, are excluded from warranty due the conditions under which they operate.
